Yes, Elinor Warner is approved by the major health insurance providers including BUPA, Axa, Vitality, Aviva and WPA and would be happy to see any patients covered by these providers.

Consultations can be in person at 116 Harley Street or on the telephone or via video depending on patient preference.

It is helpful to have your full medical history and medication and this can be emailed to us ahead of the appointment at r.bas@thelondonclinic.co.uk.

Miss Warner will ask you to describe the symptoms which prompted you to seek an appointment and then examine you. We have the facilities to do a hearing test (audiogram) and an endoscopic (camera) examination of your nose and or throat in order to aid the diagnosis and /or microsuction of the ears to clear them and allow microscopic (fine detail) examination.

A referral is welcome but is not essential, many patients self refer and we go through their story in detail taking time and care to understand the problem at hand and come to a diagnosis.
